ERDF project No. implemented by Ventspils University College 1.1.1.1/16/A/213 Scientists in the study of physicochemical processes in the interstellar environment (ASTRA) will participate in the international conference “The 17th International scientific conference Information technologies and management 2019” (IT&M 2019), which will take place in Riga School of Information Systems Management (ISMA) on 25 and 26 April this year.
For the 17th time, ISMA brings together scientists from many countries around the world for the scientific conference "Information Technologies and Management", which is traditionally held in April every year.
The conference will include reports and scientific discussions on various aspects of the development and use of information and communication technologies and their impact on society. Among other things, the conference traditionally deals with computer simulation and modeling issues.
ASTRA scientists will participate in the conference with a report by J. R. Kalnins, R. Narnickis, A. I. Vasyunin “Simulation of interstellar dust mantle and surface chemistry”.
Participation in the conference and exchange of information is important for the implementation of project activities, especially issues related to the acceleration of the simulation process.
